Description
The user space programs are incompatible with Linux 2.6, due to the lack of
/proc/bus/i2c
support in this kernel. Is it possible to use lm_sensors with this kernel
version's I2C
support? I am using the lm_sensors modules included with the kernel. --- Userspace tools for kernel 2.6 are not yet available. The kernel modules in our
2.8.0 release and in CVS are not compatible with kernel 2.6.
However, with kernel 2.6, the raw values are available via sysfs; look around in
/sys/bus/i2c.
