User command to clear the chassis intrusion alarm

We currently  lack an easy way for the user to clear the chassis intrusion alarm. The user has to either add a set statement to his/her configuration file, or access sysfs directly.

We could add an option to sensors(3), or even write a separate binary solely dedicated to reporting intrusions and clearing alarms.
