Avoid hard-coding limits

Description

It would be great if MAX_SUBFEATURES and MAX_SENSOR_TYPES didn't have to be hard-coded. It should be possible to compute them dynamically from the matches array and sub-arrays, after some cleanups (most notably in the handling of cpu[0-*]_vid files.)
