The probe order in sensors-detect doesn't make sense

The order in which we probe for sensor chips in sensors-detect doesn't make sense. We start with the less reliable and more risky probe (SMBus) to end with the less risky and more reliable (Super-I/O, CPU and PCI devices). It would make much more sense the other way around.

This will require some changes to the alias detection code. For now, alias detection assumes that I2C/SMBus detection is done before ISA and Super-I/O detection.

In r5496, I moved the alias detection after all the chip detections, so the point raised in comment:2 is addressed.
