Seems to be an ad farm with no motherboard or sensor related information. Hopefully the owner of the site donates money to lm-sensors.org

Regardless I could find no useful motherboard related information through the livewiredev.com links. My understanding is that Van Kaam and Motherboard Monitor are no more. Might be worth pulling the links from the wiki.
